Long opening hours are the rule in Offenbach: three of the four bakeries trade seven days a week until 8 PM or later. At Happy Baker on Waldstraße, reviews mostly mention burek, including meat-filled ones, and pistachio croissants; it opens at 6 AM and stays open until 9 PM from Monday to Saturday. Athena on Kleiner Biergrund is a Greek café, bakery and deli serving bougatsa, pies and matcha drinks alongside breakfast. Sweet Paradise on Kaiserstraße opens at 5:30 AM on weekdays and Saturdays and sells tortes and pastries, also made to order. The exception is Patisserie La Majorelle on Bert-Brecht-Straße, a weekday-only patisserie making cakes and cupcakes to order, low-carb versions included, with delivery.
