Bakeries & cafés in Lille
11 places in Lille, France.
Two crêperies break up a list otherwise made of bakeries. Café Le Voltaire on Rue Nationale is a crêperie with booths, whose reviews mention galettes, cider and hot chocolate; it opens from 10 AM to 8 PM, Monday to Saturday. IceCrep on Rue Saint-Sauveur keeps evening hours: from Wednesday to Saturday it opens from 4 to 6 PM and again from 9 PM until midnight, or 1 AM on Fridays and Saturdays, and on Sundays only in the evening, serving crêpes, milkshakes and French toast in a pink room. Of the nine bakeries, two double as cafés: Paolina boulangerie faces Lille-Flandres station on Place de la Gare, with a tea room and hours until 8:30 PM, and Maison Papillon, further along Rue Nationale, adds macarons, tarts, omelettes and a seating area, open every day from 7 AM to 8 PM. Seven of the eight places that give a price list €1–10.
