Bakeries & cafés in Bristol

Neighbourhood bakeries make up two of the three Bristol listings, and both close on Sundays. Herbert's Bakery on Wellington Avenue in Montpelier is reviewed for pasties, croissants, sandwiches and loaves, opens from 8 AM to 4 PM on weekdays and until noon on Saturdays, and lists delivery. In north-west Bristol, The Shirehampton Bakery on the High Street starts at 7 AM on weekdays; its reviews talk about breakfast sandwiches, pasties, doughnuts, buns and sausage rolls. Both list prices of £1–10 per person. The third, The Chocolate Shop in the Old Bake House, is on the High Street of Portishead, a separate North Somerset town, and opens from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Saturday.
