Breakfast & Brunch in Berlin

Five of the seven addresses are in Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, yet they cover very different mornings. Hevida House on Krossener Straße opens at 6 AM every day, and East Side Bäckerei on Warschauer Straße serves breakfast and lunch plates from 8 AM. Cafe Jiro on Libauer Straße is a brunch café with avocado toast and Vietnamese coconut coffee, while Jian Bing Town on Niederbarnimstraße makes jianbing, the Chinese breakfast crêpe, from noon, Tuesday to Sunday. Outside the district, Cocina Café in Mitte is a weekday-only stop for wraps and bagels, and Bread & Coffee in Lichterfelde opens at 7 AM on weekdays. Six list €1–10 per person.
