At Playa de San Juan, Hermanos Guardiola on Calle Pedro Ferrándiz sells coca, madeleines and empanadas and opens on Sunday mornings too, and Opium is a French-style pâtisserie with trompe-l'œil pastries, open Tuesday to Sunday. Miguitas on Calle Juan de Juanes opens earliest, at 7 AM on weekdays.
