Breakfast is the strong suit of Vielha's cafés. Cafeteria Eth Caris on the Avinguda deth Pas d'Arró opens at 6 AM from Monday to Saturday, and its reviews are full of bocadillos, the Spanish filled baguettes; the bakery-café Eth Pan Nòste on the Passeg dera Libertat starts at 7 AM, with churros and croissants in its reviews. Era Alquimia is a bookshop café where people come for coffee, reading and board games, and Plumcake, also on the Avinguda deth Pas d'Arró, bakes its own cakes and cookies but closes on Wednesdays. Montgarri Coffee&Shop on Carrèr Anglada works more like a bar, with beers and tapas from noon to midnight.
