Monday is the day off at three, including Boulangerie Pâtisserie Isabelle et Maxime Dolley on Rue de Neufbourg, which also closes on Sundays; the shop at 1 Rue du Creuset rests on Wednesdays instead and opens on Sunday mornings until 1 PM, as do two others.
